Moving this video to Duckman33's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.

This was always the problem with Mad TV: their sketches had absolutely no comedy content. Good impersonations and decent premises, yes, but nothing of substance in the sketch. I'll bet they saved a bundle on writers' fees. It's too bad.
