It is not a dupe. Also, of you look into the description of the video, I already wrote shortly after posting that "There are 2 different videos of the same song on the sift, but I keep this here so it may spread."

Two nearly-identical live performances are still a dupe. The second video does not add any new content. "so it may spread" is not a valid justification for duping.
