Simi Valley Ca. Fireworks Goes Terribly Wrong 20+ injured

I took my girlfriend and the husky to see the fireworks like we do every year here in Simi, this time things went bad before it even started. At 9:20 as the first one was set off, a malfunction occurred causing shells to fly into the crowed.
