This is probably top 3 Elliott songs all time for me.

It used to make me feel happy, now it just accentuates how sad it makes me that someone has those feelings of love and hope at one point yet felt the will to not live any more.

This song just tears me up inside now. Nonetheless, it's still beautiful and probably takes on even more meaning past his death.
