A classic from the always bright and happy Rammstein.

Here's my translation - based on the many I found online:

Spring (Jump)

On a bridge - quite high
A man stretches his arms wide
There he stands - still hesitating
The people gather in droves
I don't want to miss this either
I want to see it up close
I get into the first row
And scream

The man wants to get down from the bridge
The people begins to hate him
They form a dense crowd
Don't want him to get away
So he climbs back up
And the mob start raging
They want his entrails
And scream

Jump
Release me

Jump into the light

Now the man starts crying
(Secretly, a cloud is moving)
Asks himself "what have I done"
(Blocking the sun, it gets cold)
"I just wanted to see the view"
(the people surge forward)
"to see the evening sunset"
