Speaking of the southern strategy.

Until the black and latino people in those states move out, the repubs in those states will never be in favor of health care reform. Rule #1 of the SS: always oppose things that benefit you, if they will also benefit a non-white.

^But if the blacks and latinos all moved out who would they blame all their problems on?
