Well done! Don't ride, walk or even play with animals when you are drunk!
You never know!!

Video doesn't mention that he was actually stopped for animal cruelty, because folks saw him hit his horse.

The bit about going in and out of traffic seems normal, since, if you're riding down the street with parked cars along the side, you're gonna have to go in and out of traffic.

Interesting that riding drunk would even be on the law books.
