That looks like a promotional tool. Its t0o perfect how the bumbers just clear and the arch is perfect for the ground clearance of that vehicle. Theres alot of decals on that Rover. Pretty impressive sales tool at a 4 wheel Jamboree.

I agree. Fail should apply to cases that did not go according to plan, or at least were based on a terrible plan to start with.
This looks like it went exactly as intended.
