Phun Physics!

Why did the parachute deploy as if it were in atmosphere? Pixar has let me down.

That and Wall-E seems to slow down a lot quicker than he should in a place where there is no air friction.

I'm sure I can allow enough suspension of disbelief for this, though. It is animated, and is placed off in the distant future. Physics is teh shit, but I'll forgive them for some quality entertainment!
