oh man fedex execs are rolling over in their offices... i think this is entirely bad press even with conan getting it and making fun. on the other hand, i think i trust my fedex person more than ever at this moment

My UPS guys has been my UPS guy for almost 10 years. We're friendly with each other, he knows my name and where to leave packages if nobody is home. If there were a reason to, I'd be happy to give him the door code to my garage so he could leave a package in there if I was out of town.

I don't know that I ever get the same Fedex guy. Not that this necessarily means anything in the grander scheme of things, but I prefer to ship via UPS because of this.
