Judge Napolitano Says Cultivated Bomber Should Be Acquitted.

The Christmas Tree Bomber had to be cultivated by the FBI before they arrested him, driving a truck full of sawdust. Talking heads ask the question: Is our government serving us by cultivating these kids?

"because there's noquestion there are terrorists on U.S. soil looking for opportunities to kill americans"

'We don't punish people for thoughts..' " but the Supreme Court has ruled you wrong on [thought crime]"

Ugh O'reilly is the worst kind of person! >_<.! <>

"Thought crimes" that should set of alarm bells of any thinking person.

America is no longer a democracy or a free republic, it is a dictatorship, ruled be fear, fearmongerers people who think that someone who doesn't think like they do is a criminal.

Thinking differently is not a crime!

Judge Napolitano is one of the few voices in the Fox Network that has any sense...and he is relegated to obscurity now that he doesn't toot the company line anymore. He is there to grab us libertarians and anarchists into the fox news bracket, which I find disgusting...yet it is one of the few ways we can see him.

OMG, he called him a pin head?! He treats his guests so well, no wonder he is such a well respected journalist (fucken asshole).

He was already a jihadist vermin before the FBI discovered him. Fro'hamed is guilty as sin and deserves to rot in prison.

Long before this event the good filthy hippies of Portland voted to bar their own law enforcement agencies from working with the FBI on cases exactly like this one. Oh, the irony.

As much as I hate to agree with O'Reilly on anything, he's right. Napolitano is (again) either completely ignorant of the law or intentionally making false statements. Thinking about committing a crime is different than learning how to make a bomb, moving it into place, and pushing what you believe is the detonator. Having intent is one thing, acting on the intent is another. Also, if you want to invoke entrapment, then you do have to prove it.

We should all be glad that Napolitano is no longer on the bench.

You got all wrong again QM.
It wasnt "good filthy hippies" that voted against the FBI task force from installing itself here in Portland. It was a corrupt city government and the jackbooted city police force that did not want the feds up in their daily business.

But The FBI was able to find a patsie, give him some ideas, money, and build him a fake bomb. Then bust him in front of the whole country, and now they will get their task force in Portland, just the way they wanted it to begin with.

Oh, the Irony.
