John Lennon - Woman is the "N" of the World

Here's an interesting and perhaps controversial clip of John Lennon and Yoko Ono on the Dick Cavett Show. He talks about the song he wrote with Yoko called "Woman is the N***er of the World". Although the actual song isnt that great (in my opinion), the message rings true.

Good analogy, wish black people would stop being so much more racist than white people. They take it to another level, but yes, Women have been the slaves of slaves for a very long time.

I love John Lennon's music like nobody else, but I thank God he never survived long enough to be dragged into The View by Oprah and Yoko.

And Gunter, I agree with your opinion about minorities being given the opportunity to be racist by targeting those of the race that targeted them, and it's wrong that they're given that allowance (You're allowed to have "Black Pride," but naturally, "White Pride" is racist). One thing I have to object to you saying, though... It's not the "black people" that are more racist than the "white people." That comment alone is a shining example of racism. It's people in general that are racist.

After all, we aren't all different races, we're one species, right?

finch451, you should no better that John would have never been on the view. i dont even think yoko would have ever dragged john onto the view as most men married for, what it would have been 20ish years by then could be dragged anywhere by their wives anywhere. PEACE
