I don't know about the laws there, but here, driving well below the speed limit is considered dangerous driving and is a citable offence.
What the old lady did at the beginning is perfectly reasonable though; it is recommended that if you are not confident that you were pulled over by a legitimate police officer then you dial 911 and the operator can confirm if they are actually police. I was personally given this warning by the RCMP.
MaxWildersays...Hell, I don't trust the police either these days, but that's a little extreme.
alizarinsays...If the cop was just patient and talked her out of the car everything would have been fine. Buuuut that's not how we do things in the south.
xxovercastxxsays...I wish more people would get pulled over for driving too slow. In NY it's 15mph under the limit unless you've got your hazards on.
