Girl Jumps Off Bridge

A nonathletic female decides she should jump off a bridge into the water below. As soon as she leaves the bridge, she begins leaning back, which causes her to inevitably back flop into the water with extreme force.

Moving this video to silvercord's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.

My friend's sister broke her back doing this when she was about eighteen. She lost a ton of mobility and part of her spine is a metal rod now. She's very lucky that she's still alive, let alone still able to walk. She's going to have a lot of back trouble when she gets older if she doesn't already.
