"Enough of the Mob" - DNC ad fights back.

The spot, titled "Enough of the Mob," is as engaged as the Democratic Party has been to date with what its own leadership has deemed a fringe element of the GOP. But, with boisterous protests routinely interrupting Democratic town hall events and dominating news coverage, one DNC official put it succinctly: "We aren't going to back down from this shit." - http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/08/04/dnc-goes-all-in-takes-on_n_251438.html

the dramatic presentation usually works ON a mob... which by default are not people who actively seeking information.

results and a steady hand cut through the BS better than phone calls to "the Grand 'Ol Party"... and most importantly, if the job gets done right... who cares how much these idiots bitch about "socialized" this-n-that.

In the words of the Supreme Leader George HW Bush:

"you can lead a bunch of fat lazy idiots to .. where ever they'll fit.. but you can't... fool me twice.... or they'll be shaming me and 9/11 will win your soul"

side note: LOL @ Bill Clinton going to personally fetch the grateful, newly freed reporters from Korea... and graciously sharing the plane ride back... now THAT's how you "ex-president" it up.

Isn't it interesting that when the left organizes and protests it's called executing a constitutional right but when the right organizes it's called an "angry mob"?

This is just another Rahm Emanuel/David Axelrod political attack trying to tie the fringe right-wing protesters to the Republican party. They see the writing on the wall. The Democrats are politically in a lot of trouble.

It's not interesting because of a key difference:

The "Right" is W R O N G.

By "a lot of trouble" you mean "dealing with the GOP's mess slowly but steadily"?

The GOP is being shown for the leper it is.. the definition meaning "fiscal conservative" has been gone for a looooooooong looooooong time.

(Yes yes QM, the Republicans freed the slaves. See, what happened was, people who have a conscience existed in the past. The key category of "people who make the RIGHT choices" existed under the umbrella of "the GOP"... Now we know change comes from people who are honest and fearless, regardless of their party affiliation ... and we also now that those in the GOP are by default supporting lies. They have lost their way. Sad but true.)

The popularity of the GOP, and frankly, any politician who fear mongers, is dying.... too late they realized:
overdependence on manipulating a base into submission, instead of informing it and making honest decisions, only works so far as you can reliably control information.

the yield from such planning used to be a supermajority..... then, 51%... now... 49%... and thats the end of the game. they needed that 51% bad and now it's gone as the information age rapes their efforts to manipulate.

It's a fair shake... i mean, who could have predicted the ignorant masses would one day have instant, varied, verifiable data... someone really let the ball slip back at the grand 'ol conspiracy planning factory.

Don't worry, though.. the theiving, greedy, manipulative element found ways to steal money again (now we call them CEO's)... sometimes they dont even need to run for office as long as their buddies are there. And now the GOP is a hollow shell, with niether the real criminal minds like Nixon or Cheney, or the people who once were a saving grace -- those with a conscience. We're left with Michele Bachmann, Sarah Palin, Lindsey Graham... totally worthless minds.

Craziness. But i can see how you would make and believe a statement of which the opposite is true. It happens.

You should write for the Daily Kos. All emotion and no logic. Really great stuff.

But your idiotic rant aside and back to my original point, which you failed to address. Even if the right is in fact "W R O N G" does this mean their protests are inherently "angry". Are the protests from the right not as constitutional as the protests from the left? Why is it that the left is fully behind protests that further their agenda but consistently argue against the right protesting?

I don't expect you to answer any of these questions. That would involve thinking rather than foaming at the mouth and spouting nonsensical arguments.
