Moving this video to Payback's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.

I thought about sifting this, but the lack of upvotes for the Doctor Who videos I previously sifted demotivated me, and I decided not to. I guess it was the right decision. Why aren't there more Doctor Who fans on here?
