Discworld game easter egg that took 20 years to find

The original Discworld game had an easter egg that wasn't found until the second game alluded to it. Even then it took another 5 years.

In a crowd scene if you click on an exact pixel around a background character's nipple multiple times (without feedback) you get the result, which alludes to John Cleese proudly being the first person to say "fuck" at a British memorial service.
