anywhoo-this ain't Silly Putty™, the process for the over the counter, does NOT have Elmer's hoof! It probably doesn't taste or smell, like trade-grade, good ol' chewbouncy.(nickname)

But it would have the same properties. They wouldn't have exactly the same formula as I don't think real silly putty contains PVA but they are both viscoelastic liquids. The smell is added anyway, plain putty is available from certain distributors and that is not coloured or scented like the stuff kids play with.
