A bit of information - it's in Prague. I know, since I got married there, and we walked passed it on the way to a restaurant. If i'm not mistaken, you can SMS your name to these statues and they're suppose to pee-write your name in the water

Looks like the base of the statue is shaped like Prague. Peeing on Prague.
