X CIA asset explains the true events leading up to 9/11

Amazing testimony of ex CIA Asset Susan Lindauer. 5 years of legal troubles, 1 year in prison for daring to tell the truth. During the Bush era the top controllers of the governmental mechanics of Defense and National Security wanted to have a war with Iraq. They got their wish and anyone who got in the way were dealt with severely no matter if they violated a law or not. Not brought to trial she was jailed under the "Patriot Act" which amounted to summary punishment outside a Verdict in a court of law. She was punished in jail without a Trial at all. This is part of her story that is just unfolding now. She has waited 10 years to tell this story and has written a book about it entitled, Extreme Prejudice.

I love the line from her companion..."you chose your values and when you believe in something, then you have to be willing to pay the price and consequences for those values."

Case Dropped Against Md. Woman

NEW YORK -- The federal government has dropped its case against a former congressional aide accused of helping an Iraqi spy agency, saying in court papers that prosecuting her would no longer be in the interests of justice. But Susan Lindauer has vowed to sue, saying that she was falsely arrested and prosecuted. The Takoma Park, Md., woman was arrested in 2004 on charges that she conspired to act as a spy for the Iraqi intelligence service, making contact through the Iraqi consulate in New York. A judge last year ruled Lindauer was mentally unfit for trial.

A former journalist and Congressional aide accused of working with Iraqi intelligence before the war was released from prison yesterday after a federal judge ruled that she could not be forced to take antipsychotic medication in an effort to make her competent to stand trial.
Susan P. Lindauer cannot be forced to take medication to make her fit to stand trial, a judge says.
The judge, Michael Mukasey of Federal District Court in Manhattan, said he was not convinced that even if she took the medication, the defendant, Susan P. Lindauer, 43, would improve enough to be capable of standing trial.
Judge Mukasey also criticized the strength of the government’s case, saying that the legal standard for forcibly administering medication requires a strong government interest in prosecution, and that the government has not been able to establish that standard in this case. The ruling was a setback for the government’s case against Ms. Lindauer, who was arrested in March 2004 at her home in Takoma Park, Md. An indictment charged that Ms. Lindauer, also known as Symbol Susan, conspired to act as an unregistered agent of the government of Iraq from October 1999 until February 2004, and engaged in illegal financial transactions.

... “The record shows that even lay people recognize that she is seriously disturbed,” Judge Mukasey said in a 35-page ruling issued on Wednesday. He said that a neighbor had suspected her of being mildly schizophrenic. At least a half dozen doctors for both the defense and the prosecution have found that Ms. Lindauer suffers from delusions of grandeur and paranoia, which makes her incompetent to stand trial, the judge said.

Amazing testimony.
What's harder to believe, 9/11 or that the leading CIA asset for Iraq and whatever else was delusional?
I could believe that Hobo john malkovich was delusional, however.
*promote and thank you!

i think they should have pressed her to describe the CIA milleu, how and why she became what she was, etc.

Most of if not all of the problems with conspiracy is the fact that the background of the dealings described therein seem, to put it mildly, outlandish

BUT,
If there's this guy called (for instance) Michael, who likes to cut off peoples balls and shove them into their mouths (as in some sort of torture scenario, and we know that torture happens) or if he can even calmly watch a man who is being waterboarded, THEN

we are dealing with something akin to a "subculture" that needs to be adequately described before we can make sense of the actions of people like "spooks" torturers, assets, etc....

In the end, does it strike me likely that something like this COULD have happened: sure it does. I actually think is more probable than the "official" scenario, but I still don't know

Pro-Ghadaffi rant around 1:18:00... yup, she's a great authority on world affairs.
pass

calling it a "pro gadaffi rant" is quite the stretch

When she goes on and on about how great he was to women in Libya, meanwhile her sister literally tortured her son's nanny, I would not say it is a stretch.

Whether or not she is accurate about some of what she says, I honestly feel this unbalanced mess is hardly a reliable source when she apologizes for that nutjob the way she did. Remember: Hitler was a great advocate for animal rights, still you won't hear people going on about how he "wasn't all that bad."

I stand by my statement.

Amazon review for her book:

After contacting Susan about a possible interview I received her book in the mail. From the moment i started the book i knew it was a true classic that every freedom loving citizen should read. Susan heavily documents the facts regarding pre 9/11 intelligence, the lead up to the Iraq war, and Iraq's willingness to help with the 9/11 investigation.

Instead of letting Susan have her day in court, the feds threw her in a military prison, put out a phony mental evaluation, and silenced her while they told the world that the bad intelligence on Iraq was the fault of unskilled assets. Susan has gone through hell simply because she wanted to stop an unnecessary war that has killed millions. For those that know the real facts of 9/11, Susan provides evidence of hijackings AND controlled demolition.

This is a must read book that is well worth the 12.60.

LOL. Wait, some kids brutalize their nanny and that's evidence of what exactly? You're grasping at straws.

Where did Lindauer apologize for Gaddafi?

"this unbalanced mess is hardly a reliable source when she apologizes for that nutjob the way she did."
You watch till 1:18:00 and all you can say is "Pro-Ghadaffi rant ... yup, she's a great authority on world affairs." That's the best criticism you can come up with?

Your willful ignorance and obvious bias is revolting. Please explain to me the purpose of that CNN report. Why is CNN reporting about the cruel antics of some children related to Gaddafi?

Susan Lindauer:
...
I got indicted for protesting the War in Iraq. My crime was delivering a warm-hearted letter to my second cousin White House Chief of Staff, Andy Card, which correctly outlined the consequences of War. Suspiciously, I had been one of the very few Assets covering the Iraqi Embassy at the United Nations for seven years. Thus, I was personally acquainted with the truth about Pre-War Intelligence, which differs remarkably from the story invented by GOP leaders on Capitol Hill.

More dangerously still, my team gave advance warnings about the 9/11 attack and solicited Iraq’s cooperation after 9/11. In August 2001, at the urging of my CIA handler, I phoned Attorney General John Ashcroft’s private staff and the Office of Counter-Terrorism to ask for an “emergency broadcast alert” across all federal agencies, seeking any fragment of intelligence on airplane hijackings. My warning cited the World Trade Center as the identified target. Highly credible independent sources have confirmed that in August, 2001 I described the strike on the World Trade Center as “imminent,” with the potential for “mass casualties, possibly using a miniature thermonuclear device.”

Thanks to the Patriot Act, Americans have zero knowledge of those truths, though the 9/11 Community has zoomed close for years. Republican leaders invoked the Patriot Act to take me down 30 days after I approached the offices of Senator John McCain and Trent Lott, requesting to testify about Iraq’s cooperation with the 9/11 investigation and a comprehensive peace framework that would have achieved every U.S. and British objective without firing a shot. Ironically, because of the Patriot Act, my conversations with Senator Trent Lott’s staff got captured on wire taps, proving my story.

You see, contrary to rhetoric on Capitol Hill, the Patriot Act is first and foremost a weapon to bludgeon whistleblowers and political dissidents. Indeed, it has been singularly crafted for that purpose.

The American people are not nearly as frightened as they should be. Many Americans expect the Patriot Act to limit its surveillance to overseas communications. Yet while I was under indictment, Maryland State Police invoked the Patriot Act to wire tap activists tied to the Chesapeake Climate Action Network, an environmental group dedicated to wind power, solar energy and recycling. The DC Anti-War Network was targeted as a “white supremacist group.” Amnesty International and anti-death penalty activists got targeted for alleged “civil rights violations.”
...
I cannot forget. I cannot forget how I was subjected to secret charges, secret evidence and secret grand jury testimony that denied my right to face my accusers or their accusations in open court, throughout five years of indictment. I cannot forget my imprisonment on a Texas military base for a year without a trial or evidentiary hearing.

I cannot forget how the FBI, the US Attorneys Office, the Bureau of Prisons and the main Justice office in Washington — independently and collectively verified my story— then falsified testimony to Chief Justice Michael Mukasey, denying our 9/11 warnings and my long-time status as a U.S. intelligence Asset, though my witnesses had aggressively confronted them. Apparently the Patriot Act allows the Justice Department to withhold corroborating evidence and testimony from the Court, if it is deemed “classified.”

I cannot forget threats of forcible drugging and indefinite detention up to 10 years, until I could be “cured” of believing what everybody wanted to deny— because it was damn inconvenient to politicians in Washington anxious to hold onto power.
