Billy is one of the best people in the world to listen to swear, really... he has a brilliant way about him which makes the vulgarities spewing from his mouth seem jovial.

Although I could imagine that if he were indeed angry at YOU rather then telling you of him being angry at someone, well, it may not be quite the jovial little verbal assault.
