This isn't about this particular video, but....
I just gone done watching the Germany-Argentina match, and (ugh!) it is going to be decided on penalty kicks.
Can someone explain to me why, why, (WHY?!) FIFA stubbornly insists on deciding matches this way? No broadcaster I've listened to, or writer I've read, likes that format, and none of my friends do either. (bring back the golden goal!) Do fans like this?
