What was that ramp/pulley contraption? They built it for pulling treats up a pulley tricks?

Looks like it....called husbandry and fun, all in one-and having time on your hands to engage in worthwhile endeavors.
Had a kitty in a small apt in SF, and she was wonderfully occupied with all the things kitties love-including a hallway from floor to ceiling with burlap-I would flick deck after deck of playing cards, one atta time, and kitty would scurry up the walls to catch them before they could reach the ground, or mid-air, etc.
This is more along the lines of the chicken that plays tic-tac-toe....ever seen that contraption???

Kinda random but this looks like it's somewhere in Vermont. I'm sure this beats the stuffing out of any normal every-day mundane troph that requires zero thought/stimulation for the goat.
