Which Sports Car Are You? (Wheels Talk Post)
the quiz said i was a Mercedes SLK. but it's wrong. dig ragtops, but too showy.
the 3 cars i grew up obsessed with were:
lamborghini countach - never wanted to actually own one, mind you. terribly impractical. so, not really 'me', but, from a design museum perspective? bitchin'.
1973 XB GT Ford Falcon Coupe - first car i searched for yesterday, to rechannel into * wheels.
better known as, the last of the V8 interceptors... woulda' been a shame to blow it up.
sorta' the yin to lambo's yang, though, so... not really 'me'.
i'd have to go with door #3: the mustang.
America is disgusting. (Blog Entry by MarineGunrock)
Look for V8 juice and soy chips, or some kind of predominately peanut candy bar. (Payday) Yeah, you're still eating processed crap, but convenience store dining = desperate measures. Some of those granola bars are loaded with garbage, and if they're out of date, their rancid oils are carcinogenic. Yes, it sucks mightily. Suicidal eating is an American epidemic.
Working Small Block V8 Engine made from LEGOs

double entendre FTW!
That comment reeks of intelligence! I love you already. lol
Insurance company's never gonna believe THIS
brilliant video, and brilliant other video with the tire (and it's not a f1 wheel in the other one, it's a V8 supercar, it's from Australia... yeay us)
Working Small Block V8 Engine made from LEGOs
maybe "functional V8 engine" instead?
Working Small Block V8 Engine made from LEGOs
Disappointing, i was expecting a working v8 engine. Maybe the title was a bit misleading.

Working Small Block V8 Engine made from LEGOs
It's not a "working" V8 if it has to be powered externally. A "working" V8 powers OTHER things.
Working Small Block V8 Engine made from LEGOs
It's running on compressed air, if I'm not mistaken.

According to the authors youtube site, its using compressed air, pretty cool eh?!
In reply to this comment by Aemaeth:
This is a cool video, but how is it working if there's no combustion in the internal combustion engine? Oh well, it's a close replica, I guess.
Indiana Jones- Giant Lego Boulder
^Not surprising when two people can push it with ease. Imagine how much it would weigh if the whole thing was LEGO.
Now what I really want to see is a whole car made of LEGO with this engine in it:

Intels 80 core processor
We're going from 2 cores, to 80. Am I missing something here?
I've found that the answer to that question is always a resounding yes. Nobody asks it unless they are, in fact, missing something.
Compare to dodge's MDS system in their v8 Engines.
Compare to the four-compartment stomach system of a cow. They regurgitate their food ("cud"), chew, and swallow again. Each time it does so, the cud enters a separate compartment and goes through a different digestion stage. This allows them to utilize food that would otherwise be indigestible.
What does this have in common with an 80-core processor that can put unneeded cores to sleep to conserve power? Not a god damn thing. But then, comparing a microchip architecture to an engine which attempts to simultaneously compensate for a small penis and a thin wallet is completely pointless as well.

As for the sleep mode thing:
Compare to dodge's MDS system in their v8 Engines. It shuts off 4 cylinders, but the motor still has to rotate the mass, and expell energy because of the parasitical loss of having 4 'sleep' cylinders attached to the whole.
