Yes, GI bleeds are pretty nasty too. Forgot about those. Ugh, it's all coming back to me. That or the really stinky urine that smells like buttered popcorn. God that used to turn my stomach too. Ok, enough...
In reply to this comment by peggedbea:
i think youre forgetting about gi bleeds.
i think we can safely say the 3 worst smells in the world are colostomy poo. gi bleeds and end stage cancer.
oh dialysis patients stink pretty bad too. but nothing like gi bleed.
In reply to this comment by videosiftbannedme:
Having had to change my fair share (I was a CNA for 2 years), it must have been pretty ripe in that courtroom afterwards. That's the second worst smell in the world for me. The first being end-stage cancer.

Oh, no worries! I wasn't exactly sure what to put it under. Howto? Sexuality? This is why I want to get to 250. We really need an exercise channel. Thanks, mang! (And how did you know I was touching myself?
In reply to this comment by xxovercastxx:
*nochannel
As I usually say, just because you're touching yourself doesn't mean it's a video about sexuality.
*femme, I suppose and *dance-inspired.

Sure, it was: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ministry-Sound-Ultimate-Dance-Workout/dp/B0006O9MWW

Can you give me the amazon.co.uk url you tried that failed? Thanks.

Only amazon.com or can I specify amazon.co.uk as well?
I tried putting an Amazon.co.uk tag on this video twice to link it to the DVD, but the posts just disappeared. Don't think co.uk is supported yet(?).

Had to stop by and say I got a good chuckle when I noticed Herr Leprechaun.

Dunno if you're like me, but after seeing the intital trailer, I purposely starved myself of any info on it, as I like to enjoy my movies spoiler-free. I had never read the comic and really had no idea what I was in store for. I can say that I walked out of the theatre unimpressed initially. But then I decided that the movie was very much like Dune...complex narratives on top of one another, consistent themes, etc, etc. And I loved Dune.
So I went back and read the story in its original comic format to get a better understanding of it. The movie is so faithful to the original story, it was like "watching" it again, minus a few small differences. After that, I had to catch it on IMAX, and wow...it was like night and day. TOTALLY dig it now.
Not sure how old you are, but it also helps if you lived through the 80's. If you experienced the Cold War first hand, you'll want to put your mind back in that time period when reading the comic, as it was published in '86.

I really loved this intro, and I thought it did a great job giving an overview of the situation for the film...but having read the graphic novel many times, it may have simply been sentimentality on my part, too.
Hey, I haven't read the graphic novel, yet I still think it gave a good idea where the world's at in the context of the film. Very excited to see it, although have no idea when I'll be able to.
Btw, the cinema blend embed works fine for me.

Well, I just played it on my work computer, with Firefox, and it played fine. Looks like my home box is up for a re-install/re-image.
Thanks for checking, Lucky!
In reply to this comment by lucky760:
I just played it successfully again. And new people are voting and commenting so it must be working for them. I'm using Firefox, but browser shouldn't make a difference really.
Not sure what the deal is.

It wasn't? I actually clicked through to the original YouTube video and it was showing it had been removed there too. I even did it 3 times, as I've declared videos dead that later weren't.
Am I doing something wrong?
*Hmmm...just checked it again, and still showing as dead. Maybe I need to use IE?
In reply to this comment by lucky760:
Actually, it is *notdead.
(Perfect example of we need a delay after invoking dead.)

Deano,
I'm a little confused on the guidelines you've set down for the Bravo channel. Your description of the channel includes modern dance, yet my video was unassigned from Bravo.

I'll understand if you subjectively reject it; it is your channel. But is this not modern dance? Or because it is overtly Asian, rather than American/European?

Won't be able to really get into it until end of July though. I'm in Psy101 class and I've got to focus my attention on that first.
i have a similar machine, stalker runs ok.... i have a PCI express not AGP.... maybe you just need the tweaks..
Loading Stalker as we speak...

i bet yer machine would play the second half-life...that was fun.
BUT, after you upgrade get F.E.A.R..... it's an awesome game.... maybe even Quake IV
Actually was able to run those OK. Got HL2 Orange Box, Quake IV, played FEAR. The only thing my machine doesn't really fun are the latest games that came out in the last year or so, ie. CoD4, STALKER, UT3, etc.
It's a P4 3.2 (no duo/quad proc) with 2GB PC3200 and a BFG Tech Nvidia 7800 (still AGP). So it's definitely an older rig, but still handles everything say....pre-'07 pretty good. Eventually I'll upgrade but it won't be for awhile as I'm putting myself through school on my own. I make too much to get grants, etc, but not enough to go full time and get it done and over with fast. I'm thinking I'll have to upgrade for when Fallout 3, GTA4 and Left4Dead hit. Definitely upgrade for L4D.

hmm videogames and hard rock is yer typical sifts.
do me a favor and play a videogame called s.t.a.l.k.e.r.
i just love that one to pieces.
Believe it or not, I actually started to. But my system is so behind the times, it's not even funny. (Last time I upgraded was in 2004.) I'm actually playing through Tron 2.0 again, but I do love those FPS/"RPG" type games such as System Shock 2, Deux Ex, Tron 2.0, NOLF 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., etc. My machine was just so sluggish running it; I figure I'm saving it for a rainy day (and/or when I get my box upgraded).
