Isaac Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics come to mind.

1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2. A robot must obey orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Sexual Dimorphism. While waiting, they get thirsty, and having only brought beer, proceed to drink until, overwhelmed by gravity, they return to earth at a velocity predicted by Sir Isaac Newton so many years ago. I see them at regular intervals in the ER, awaiting surgery for broken arms, legs, and backs. Somewhere a deer is laughing.
