Except for the napolitano ice cream dicks, that's just fucked up.

Napolitano has been very successful at bringing a certain class of conservative that normally would despise the channel into the FOX fold. I predict he will remain a part of the FOX family, and possibly get a whole new show.

Noam Chomsky has often said there's no point in speaking truth to power because the powerful already know the truth. It's no surprise to me that Napolitano knows all of this. I guess he just had a Howard Beale moment before "last call" on his show.

Oh dear. This is a dupe from a vid 3 months ago. I meant to discard after I found the dupe AFTER doing the normal submission process.

Can I change to your title in your honor?

I've been saying this for years. Double the length of each term across the board and limit them to one term.

1. Need time to learn the job -- and it is a job
2. Zero time spent campaigning for re-election
3. Zero influence by lobbyists looking to buy their way into legislation
4. Most important -- will reduce the number of bad votes made because of kowtowing to the uninformed electorate. I firmly believe that the vote was so lopsided on the Iraq invasion because the vast majority of Americans wanted it. Those few voices calling for reason were brave souls. I don't believe they were alone in knowing it was wrong -- but some of the others were afraid of their electorate. Many many votes go that way.
5. Ability to recall/impeach if really bad/unethical at it.

@Skeeve Napolitano isn't the in mainstay of Fox Broadcasting, only there to capture the Ron Paulites and Libertarians in some minor way...better than letting them watch CNN for their role.
