The whole "community justice" thing is an interesting experiment, but more often than not it leads to bullshit like this. You notice how more people are doing stupid shit now than before we really started going hogwild with all the siftquisitions and such? You know how in the Batman universe they say that criminals like the Joker only exist because of Batman, and without Batman they'd really have no reason to exist? I think that applies here.
