You didn't exactly post anything in the message, but I guess I should clarify my meaning.

I'm basically suspecting you simply posted a video to promote software that you are related to, either by developing it or by attempting to advertise it virally. That behavior is considered "Self-Linking" in this particular site and is against the posting guidelines.

That being said, I have no actual evidence that that was in fact what you did. I just have various surrounding facts, like how your account was created on the same day, you only upvoted your own video and one other, and your username seems to be related to the software the video is promoting.

None of this is actually direct evidence of some wrongdoing, and I'd rather give you the benefit of the doubt, so I'm not going to invoke a ban at this time.
