Like Private Prisons in Arizona.

private prisons are the norm and the industry has become the 11th largest lobby in washington.it is one of those items that slips under the radar and slowly gains traction.
i am not happy about this situation because now we have an industry where it's self interest is to incarcerate people.america already has more people in jail per capita than the rest of the world.

Sarcasm...I was saying that if there were abundantly fewer guns in the situation the guy probably wouldnt have been shot 6 times. It was just a subtle poke at gun enthusiasts.
