I think the point is that the font should be printed to fully take form as the ink fills the channels - not suitable for screen reading.

I had trouble reading the url at the end. I would like to see studies to ensure me that this font is just as readable as a fully-filled font. I have my doubts. But it IS a slick font and kinda beautiful in single servings...

I went back and read it again. It doesn't make sense in a couple of places -- you can't tell when there was crossed communications. It also took a while to realize we were there for different reasons -- he forgot he wanted to understand why I jumped all over him to start with.
Is there somehow i can see the discussion between bb2 and empire? Or is it a feature of the Lounge that it's gone now?

FYI- if you are responding to a particular comment in the thread of a video and you want the person you're responding to to know that you have posted a response you need to hit the " which is in the top right corner of the comment you want to respond to. It will quote the comment and respondent will receive a notice you have responded. Hope that makes sense.

oritteropoHmm... they did say that, didn't they? I think they meant that it would be obvious 500 million years from now, but that it would take a while until that made the earth uninhabitable... in fact I have seen estimates of around a billion years for that too.
My billion years until the end of the earth's magnetic field came from "The planet in a pebble" by Zalasiewicz, which I was reading recently, and as a geologist he was more interested in the rocks inside the earth than the surface, which would be uncomfortable for other reasons by then too
^ The estimated date they gave for the sun melting Earth's crust is 500 million years hence. That's sooner than a billion. And I didn't know about that one...
antI don't know if that one had a delay, but I know that these days' live events do after that Super Bowl's Half-Time nipple incident.
