Will it ever be possible to land in a wingsuit?

The way this could happen is you approach a hill, dive steeply before you get there, then rise up close to the hill til you are almost in a stall. At that point you're got very little speed and you just drop a few feet to the ground.

I wonder if anyone is thinking of trying that?
