We're all pretty familiar with clapping, most of us have been doing it since we were children. Since when did fast alternate hand slapping become clapping?

Was thinking the same, there has to be a minimum dB level for each individual "clap". Without video i can honestly say that it sounds a lot more like the worlds fastest fapper..
