Climate activists have been targeting flying as a major environmental threat. And the Swedish 16 year-old Greta Thunberg has been spearheading Europe's anti-flying movement that encourages people to stop traveling by air to lower carbon emissions. But the EU has poor record on delivering on its promises, and the travel industry has a big lobby. Can Finland make an impact?
