in this case: torture, bombing, wasted resources on bogus security, and wasted troops only makes the terror in terrorism worse.

For every enemy you strike down another 10 will take its place, the same is true for both sides. We Really have to stop fighting, I'm no peace monger I just happen to be able to think for myself.
