Hmmm, seems fakish. If not, guy went at the cop kind of aggressively... who knows? If it wasn't a cop and the bird-flipper just got decked by some Joe Blow after doing the exact same thing, I probably wouldn't think Joe Blow was out of line. Then again, although it has been rumored that cops are human beings too, I think he could have used a little more restraint.
