Voter Fraud - Russian style

A group of 4 or 5 people use a glitch in the Russian absentee voter system which allows the perpetrators to submit multiple votes, in this case, in favor of Vladimir Putin. According to reports, several people were called prior to the election and offered money to vote for Putin, the money was to be received after a picture of the submitted ballot was sent electronically to the contacts phone.
