Vincent Bugliosi: Hearing on Limits of Executive Power, WMD

Nationally-renowned criminal prosecutor and published author, Vincent Bugliosi, appeared before the House Judiciary Committee at a hearing on the Constitutional limits of Executive Power. He managed to keep his statements simple, explaining the lies on the WMD’s, and why they didn’t even matter. What mattered is whether a country is an imminent threat, and the CIA said even with WMD’s, Saddam was not.

I thought it was only illegal to lie to congress. The president can lie to the americna people all he wants right? The reason they got Clinton is because he was under oath, thus making it illegal if he were to lie. Bush hasn't been under oath. although he is a dirty sack of ****!
