Oh, my gawd, it's a robot coming into my bed to sodomise me! Oh, wait...

The lift undoubtedly costs more than the plasma set. Rich people go to insane lengths to hide the fact that they watch TV. One of my clients actually uses a battery powered flat screen, and charges it in the bedroom closet every day using it only at night. It's like they all live in fear that stormtroopers from Home & Garden are going to kick down their door and photograph the place. If you read that magazine, you'd believe that Americans don't own televisions.

Agreed. I know someone who installed the living room large-screen plasma tv behind one way mirrored glass in a gilded frame above the fireplace.

TV is SO provincial.
