It's painful to watch these good people that are so indoctrinated that they actually believe so literally in a god. Other faculties of their mind seem to be functioning well, it's like they are perfectly happy to reason in most areas of life, but they drop nearly all sense of reasoning in the area of spirituality. As the description suggests though, it is insightful, so thanks for sharing.

It's also painful to see people like you who are so obsessed with the issue that you can't just leave them alone. You don't want them pushing their religion on you, stop pushing your atheism at them.

Personally, I find this refreshing. It's good to see how they are searching for answers for themselves, rather than simply accepting everything they are fed.
