Hmm. I don't speak Japanese but what it looks like is going here, is the contestants have a certain amount of time to recite something, and then if they go over time, or mess it up, they get nut slapped. Gotta love it.

Sorry if this is a dupe. I tired looking, but i have no idea how to BEGIN searching for this.
