In 2021, the most spoken language in the world is English with over 1.3 billion people speaking it. It is followed by Chinese Mandarin with over 1.128 billion and Hindi in third place with almost 646 million.

As suggested by some comments in the previous video (here link:https://youtu.be/kHibFrb5Q0o) the flags have been changed following the international indications.
This figure includes people who speak one or more languages other than their native language.
