This is a completely valid and sensible response from Dr. Paul. And, I think, most truthers would respect him even more after this.

The media has become successful in portraying any idea or person who disagrees with the official account of 9/11, as a conspiracy nut or delusional. It doesn't even matter if that person is a scientist, architect, engineer or demolition expert. There is absolutely no place for dissension. And, Ron Paul is already having a hard time convincing everyone about the illegitimacy of the Federal Reserve and Iraq war. If he takes up this issue, he will be completely discredited and ignored. Therefore, the sensible thing would be to not get involved in this controversy, and work on the issues that need immediate attention, which he is doing perfectly well.

This is just an opinion of one individual who might be suffering from paranoia.
