swampgirlsays...That's more like it. I canceled my HBO the day after that show with EXTREME PREJUDICE. Never have I been more angry at a television show gone awry... (well maybe x-files)
Die HBO die
Farhad2000says...Ha!
I think the shows ending was perfect. They built up so much tension in those closing moments that we will talk about what happened as Meadow went in for years afterwards.
A lot of people wanted it to end violently in a blaze of glory or Tony getting arrested. But frankly none of those endings would satisfy the fan base. So I stand by the shows creators with this ending.
Better then it being crapping out like X-Files.
Wolandsays...LOL!
swampgirlsays...It seems Hillary liked it:

AnimalsForCrackerssays...Glad you guys liked it as much as I did. There are MANY theories floating around on the net alluding to what happens when it goes black. I'm of the opinion that nothing happened, that this is how it will be for the rest of his life (whenever it ends)...constantly looking over his shoulder, checking the reflection in the jukebox for any threats, always being uneasy and never with his defenses down. That is the price payed for the life he has chosen. Or he just got capped...(I think it was Tony and Bobby who, a few episodes earlier, were talking about what it might be like to die. How it just uneventfully goes black...very much like the ending itself)
InvaderSilsays...lol! I don't have HBO to cancel. And I don't even care enough to bit torrent the shows. But this ending would have been sweet. Well, maybe if it was the original explosion.
