No, The music is a completely separate thing from the film. Not presented as "music from the film", but as a fan vid created with That particular piece of music being used to illustrate the movie The Neverending Story. They mesh quite nicely.

The music is by Brian Tyler and was made for Children of Dune. Excellent song. Neverending story is a cool movie too.
