and "inexplicably named Teutonic head" refers to a Germanic tribe known as the Teutons. May just be the most obscure reference I've ever heard, I'd think it would go over better in the BLOCKED regions. Sometimes I think the writers of this show are too good, considering the heaping amount of material they get to work with.
