Terrorist attack on Oslo, Norway - July 22, 2011

Haven't seen this on any Norwegian news networks.
Starts of showing a street performer.
They turn it off, and then back on again seconds after the blast.
They walk towards the blast as they try to find out what has happened.

Latest numbers:
7 confirmed killed in the explosion.
85 confirmed killed, and 4-5 still missing at Utøya.

There is a guy on a bike carrying a guitar case early in the video, later he appears closer to one of the blast areas yelling something quite loudly. I wonder what he says.
