Tarantino is a shit-actor.
... its three things; he's always this boring false-badass character, he always overacts the role, and he is never able to react as if he doesn't know what they're going to say. His timing is all over the place and his rolling banter ("no not thank you, what do you say about the tasty beverage") sounds like scripted rolling banter. Very unbelievable and distracting as an actor.

I like Ted Roth, but I think the movie would have worked better with Buscemi.
