Wow. I wish I could *quality this, but I know I don't have the requisite privileges. This is the exact issue that is tearing my country (Canada) apart, too. In fact, I'll bet it's a major problem in virtually all countries that elect their governments by democracy. Something must be done in order to sever the connection between lobbyists and government, between corporations and government, and Mr. Lessig gives a clear and concise roadmap for the American people. I wish Canadians had someone like him to help us, too.

I really like Lawrence Lessig. I should probably get one of his books.

Lessig's focus on corruption has taken a couple years to come into being, and it's clearer to me now what a great task he's taken on. I hope that he is able to build a movement around anti-corruption.
