Thanks for checking, but this is different (10 seconds faster) and it might delete the between level parts and the ending.

If I remember correctly the other one is also a mod where Mario can run through turtles and koopas and stuff. This one looks legit.

My original post is the same thing. I know it's total run was 5:05. I could care less since this is cool to watch. No cheats are used on either vid, but these speed runs are done with emulators and are perfect because they constantly save at every hard part and reload it when mistakes are made until it's absolutely the fastest it can be.
